Peak Performance Golf Swing

If you are struggling with your game or finding it hard to swing properly due to pain, you should check out this new DVD series; the Peak Performance Golf Swing. The series was developed by Don Trahan, a PGA Master Professional who has been ranked in the top 50 coaches in Golf Magazine. So his credentials certainly stack up. He is also coach to his son, DJ Trahan, who used this same swing to win on the PGA tour!

In the Peak Performance Golf Swing, Don reveals his simple, “hacker-proof” swing that even bad golfers are using to go from hard slices, hooks and weak shots…to crushing balls 15, 25 even 35 yards farther-straight down the fairway.

Don offers you a money-back guarantee if you are not happy with the DVDs, and he’s so confident that you’ll love them and get results from the his system, that if you are unhappy with them, he’ll refund your money and you can still keep the videos!

So what is the Peak Performance Golf Swing all about?

  • It has been featured on major Golf TV shows and magazines – including The Golf Channel, Golf Digest, Golf Week, Golf Tips Magazine, Men’s Fitness, Golf.com, The Boston Globe, Executive Golfer, Senior Golfer Magazine, PGA Magazine and more.
  • Used by a 5-year PGA Tour golfer to win the 2006 Farm Bureau Classic, the 2008 Bob Hope Chrysler Classic, and take 4th at the 2008 US Open… as well as make just shy of $5 million (in only 4 years) on the PGA Tour.
  • So easy, you can learn it in 2 buckets of balls - with NO natural brute strength or athletic ability required. And with zero back, shoulder, hip or knee pain. (The ONLY golf swing ever endorsed by multiple world-class orthopedic surgeons, chiropractors, bio-chemists and 2 major medical research universities.)

So, if you are battling with the game, or having trouble swinging due to back-pain etc., take a look at the Peak Performance Golf Swing videos.  If you aren’t happy with what you’ve bought, or you find they don’t produce the results promised, send them back for a refund; you can’t lose with this one!

Golf Coaching Lessons: Whats it all about?

Welcome to my blog, Golf Coaching Lessons.  I’m sure you are asking yourself what this site has to do with golf coaching or golf lessons, as you will find no links to your local PGA pro here, no golf clinic, golf academy, or golf school promotions.   But what I will try and do is share with you all the golf tips that I have come across throughout my years of playing the game.

I’m not sure how many of you have been to professional golf coaching lessons, and whilst in some instances they are really valuable, other times they can do more harm than good.  Personally, I have gone for lessons.  At an early age my dad showed me the fundamentals of the golf swing, such as golf stance, the golf grip, and luckily for me, he had a very good game and a technically sound swing, but he still realised the importance of not getting into bad habits early and enrolled me in a golf school over the holidays.  That was really useful as I was able to assimilate my own natural golf swing with the technical teachings of the golf school.  The result was (in my opinion), a pretty technically correct golf swing.  I recommend that everyone who is starting off playing golf should get lessons from a PGA teaching pro, as it is much harder to unlearn bad habits once your golf swing is grooved into your muscle memory.

However not all golf coaching lessons have the same happy outcome.  A good mate of mine was a really gifted golfer. Whilst still in high school he was playing scratch golf and aspired to one day play golf as a profession.  In a bid to improve further he started taking golf coaching lessons from the teaching pro at his golf course.  Unfortunately, my friends golf swing was not as technically correct as it could be, but his hand-eye co-ordination was exceptional and he was able to return the golf club to the correct position at impact every time.  The golf instructor however took it upon himself to remodel my mates golf swing in an attempt to make it more technically correct, but unfortunately the end result was not great.  After changes in his golf grip, stance, and swing plane, my friend developed a nasty hook.  Unfortunately, it wasn’t a consistent hook and so sometimes he’d hit beautiful golf shots, and then play some pretty ugly golf.  This led to a complete lack of confidence, and pretty soon, my mate gave up competitive golf.  He still plays, but only socially, and he is still trying to remodel the ‘perfect golf swing’.

So, what’s the point of all of this? Everyone is unique, everyone has different body types, muscle type and strength, natural rhythm and so naturally everyone will have a unique golf swing.  We can’t all swing the club like Tiger so we shouldn’t waste our time trying to emulate his swing.  So in this blog, I’m going to post golf tips that will hopefully help fix the little things.  No big golf coaching lessons, no golf school or golf academy promotions; just some handy golf swing tips and hints that’ll hopefully help shave a few strokes off your score.
